Futher changes to Gears of War min. age requirement

Due to intervention from Microsoft UK, we have had to change the minimum age requirement for Gears of War to the BBFC rating for this game: 18.

We understand the frustration this will cause to a number of people within the community and are doing our best to negotiate an alternative arrangement.
